REFUND | CANCELLATION

Refund Policy
We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method IF AND ONLY IF:
- Order Lost in Transit
- If your order gets lost while in transit, you may opt for a refund or a resend.
- Resends will take 5 business days to process, similar to placing a new order.
- Incorrect Item Received
- If you receive an incorrect item (size, style, etc.), please send us a photo within 5 days of delivery.
- You can choose a refund or request a resend.
- Resends will take 5–9 business days.
- Damaged Item Received
- If your item is damaged, send proof of damage (photo/video) to us.
- You may choose a refund or a resend.
- Resends will take 5–9 business days.
- Delayed Delivery (More than 15 Business Days)
- If delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., postal delays), we will issue store credit in the form of a coupon code as compensation.
Additional Notes
- If the product is returned to us due to an incorrect address or consignee not found, the customer will be responsible for paying courier charges for resending the product.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we approve your claim.
- Cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a refund or exchange as per the above conditions.
